Current service status
Goalward is a launch-stage product for founders, product managers, product owners, and small product teams. It provides a guided workflow for turning goals, planning inputs, and constraints into a Now / Next / Later roadmap.
Access is currently free during the launch period. Goalward does not currently offer a paid plan, billing, a shared team workspace, or an enterprise service commitment. Features and the future commercial model may change, with reasonable notice where practical.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for providing an email address you are permitted to use, protecting access to your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access once a support channel is available.
Do not share a password through roadmap content or use another person’s account without permission. Goalward may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or its providers.
Your content
You keep ownership of the goals, inputs, themes, priorities, and roadmap content you enter. You give Goalward only the permission needed to store, process, display, copy, and export that content as part of operating the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter and use the content. Do not enter confidential information, personal data, trade secrets, or regulated information unless you have assessed whether the current launch-stage controls are appropriate for it.
Acceptable use
Use Goalward lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other people. The current product is intended for product-planning work, not for storing credentials, payment-card information, health records, or other highly sensitive regulated data.
- Do not attempt to access another user’s account or planning data.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service protections except through an authorized security-testing agreement.
- Do not upload malicious code or use Goalward to facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful activity.
- Do not misrepresent Goalward output as a guaranteed delivery commitment or professional advice.
Availability, changes, and data
Goalward is provided on an as-available basis during the launch period. Uptime, support response time, feature permanence, and data-recovery objectives are not currently covered by a service-level agreement.
The team may change, pause, or discontinue features to improve the product, address security or legal requirements, or manage provider constraints. Where practical, Goalward should communicate material changes and provide a reasonable opportunity to copy or export saved roadmap briefs.
Keep a separate copy of business-critical roadmap outputs. Goalward cannot promise that every interruption, user error, provider outage, or data-loss scenario can be prevented or recovered.
Product decisions and responsibility
Goalward organizes the information you provide and applies deterministic product-planning logic. It does not replace customer research, technical review, financial judgment, legal advice, or the decisions of your team.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Goalward is provided without guarantees about business outcomes, roadmap accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Jurisdiction-specific warranty and liability language still requires legal review.
Termination, terms changes, and contact
You may stop using Goalward at any time. Individual planning sessions can currently be deleted from the dashboard; self-service account deletion is not yet available. Goalward may suspend access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms.
These terms may be updated as the product and commercial model change. The legal entity name, governing law, formal notice method, mailing address, and support contact are launch placeholders that must be completed before a broader commercial release.
